Qasim Shah hit an unbeaten 60 to lead Burnley to an 8 wicket win over Accrington in a 4pm start at The boohoo.com Turf Moor. Shah hit five fours and four sixes, adding 50 with Liam Bedford (20) and an unbroken 55 with Harry Tomlinson (19 not out) after the early loss of professional Ockert Erasmus (1) who was trapped in front by Simon Hanson at 7. Hanson had earlier top scored with 41, including four fours and two sixes in Accrington's 110-6. After losing professional Jacob Clarke (0) and Stuart Crabtree (6) skipper Graeme Sneddon hit three sixes and two fours in a competition best 33. Hanson and Sneddon put on 51 for the 3rd wicket. Tom Lawson picked up 3-37 and Bharat Tripathi 2-13 for Burnley who won for the second time. The match featured brother and sister Jacob and Alice Clarke in the same Accrington team for the first time in senior cricket.
