Weekend teams

This season we have a double Looking Back Feature going back to 1993 when Neil Johnson was professional and also to 2013 when the club won the Lancashire League title for the last time with Ashar Zaidi as professional.

In 1993 Accrington went down to a 10 wicket defeat at Todmorden on Saturday July 24th.

In 2013 League leaders Accrington got out of jail with 1 wicket win at lowly Bacup on Saturday July 20th. The days results left Accrington an incredible 40 points clear at the top after the league leaders hammered Nelson by 9 wickets at Thorneyholme Road on Sunday July 21st.
