Lenny loses the toss and is asked to bat in rain affected match. Accrington start well both Andy Greenwood and Jake Clarke under no pressure from the Rishton bowlers then it rained after a long wait and early tea it was decided it would now be a 25 over match.

Accrington had now only 15 overs left which they went for it Andy ct for 41 a good knock showed a different side to his batting Jake soon followed st for 23 total now 70 Gul now up the order showed he is capable with the bat as well which it looked like he was enjoying against his mate Ram out for 2 ct keeper Matt D bowled 18 total 117 for 4 Ian Johnson 0 Gul followed later total 142 Gul Khan 43. Martin Whittle 7 no and Toc Hussain no total 148 from 25 overs good effort

Rishton gave it go after 5 overs they were 27 bowled Lenny ct Matt d after 11 overs the heavens opened and we where off but Accrington had to wait around as Rishton thought they could do it, they were given 3 overs to get the runs required but couldn’t do it Andy Greenwood taking a catch of Gul 117 for 2
