Another League Legend was in action this afternoon but David Ormerod's second game of the season couldn't inspire Accrington to victory against Greenmount who left The Property Shop Arena with a 3 wicket win. Ormerod did pick up 3-34, including the prized scalp of free scoring professional Jacques Snyman for 62, including nine fours and a six. Callum Hunter (16 not out) steered Greenmount home after the visitors had fallen from 74-1 to 110-7 with Accrington professional Jacob Clarke taking 2-39, including a juggling return catch off Andy Kerr (11). Tom Heaton had earlier taken a career best 5-12 to help bowl Accrington out for 121 in the 43rd over. After Clarke and Ben Gorton had put on 53, skipper Graeme Sneddon (13) joined Gorton to add another 39. Gorton hit six fours in making 52 from 99 balls, but the introduction of Heaton saw Accrington collapse from 92-1 to 121 all out no other player making double figures apart from 23 extras.
