A 133 run win over Accrington at West End takes Church up to third place. Sam Holt's second century of the season helped Church pile up 228-5. After Kian Farnworth (2-29) had dismissed opener Craig Fergusson (5) and skipper Josh Scully (8), Holt and sub professional Dushan Vimukthi (28) added 62 for the 3rd wicket before the Sri Lankan was caught by skipper Graeme Sneddon off Siraj Hussain. Kelan Florentine (16) and Holt added another 89 before Florentine was caught by Sneddon off Accrington professional Jacob Clarke. Holt finally departed at 220 to Clarke (2-53) after hitting a dozen fours and three sixes in a 153 ball innings of 119. Mo Bhada (22 not out) and Sam Farnworth (5 not out) took the score to 228-5 at the end of the 50 overs. Bhada took a career best 4-7 from 7 overs to help bowl Accrington out for 95. Farnworth top scored with 18 in the Accrington innings.
