Accrington beat Bacup by 7 wickets at Lanehead to move up one place in the table to eighth. Solid knocks by professional Chirag Khurana and Chris Gansler (37 apiece), Jack Bradford (35), Ben Lord (30 not out) and Skipper Simon Newbitt (29) helped Bacup post 211 all out. Kian Farnworth took 4-34, Ben Gorton 3-67 and Siraj Hussain 2-70 for Accrington. Chasing a revised target of 173, Accrington were ahead on DLS on 84-3 when rain stopped play in the 21st over. Professional Jacob Clarke was unbeaten on 45 and skipper Graeme Sneddon still there on 1 after Jack Bradford (3-31) had removed Gorton (5), Ali Hasham (5) and Farnworth (17).
