Professional Shash Pussegolla was in fine form to help Enfield beat Accrington by 62 runs at Dill Hall Lane in the JWL Bitter Group. Pussegolla top scored with 46 in Enfield's 149-6. The Sri Lankan hit two sixes and two fours in his 36 ball knock. Openers Lewis Wright (7) and Adam Bracewell (35 from 23 balls) put on 50. Skipper Ross Brown took 2-21, Raheem Kasser 2-23 and professional Karl Brown 2-27 for Accrington. Pussegolla then took 4-18, Yasir Ali 2-14 and Sam Cook 2-20 to bowl Accrington out for 87. Wicketkeeper Jack Cook took a competition record six victims (three caught, three stumped) for Enfield. Graeme Sneddon made 21, Rick Williams an unbeaten 18 and Keiren Grimshaw 14 for the visitors.
