Lowerhouse beat Accrington by 8 runs in the Blonde Witch Group to reach the quarter finals. Joe Hawke hit 31 and Joe Halstead 27 in Lowerhouse's 110-8. Jimmy Hayhurst took 4-15, including three wickets in his third and final over for Accrington. Accrington professional Michael Erlank top scored with 36 in reply with Keiren Grimshaw (12) and skipper Simon Hanson (12) also chipping in but the home side collapsed from 73-2 to 102-8. Former professional Ockert Erasmus took 3-16 and Toxy Hussain 2-23 for Lowerhouse.
