Jacob Clarke took a match winning 7-43 to help Accrington to a second successive maximum points win this time against Great Harwood at Thorneyholme Road. Clarke struck first at 16 when he sent back Matthew Oddie for 2. The medium pacer followed up by dismissing Matthew Bunn (16), Phillip Aspinall (0), Patrick Swanney (0), Paul Houldsworth (8), Harris Masood (0) and Adam Masood (0). Professional Ashen Silva was last out for 40 in Great Harwood's 111 all out. Raheem Kasser also took 2-21. Alfie Taylor top scored with 40 in Accrington's 201-6. Openers Graeme Sneddon (12) and skipper Simon Hanson (23) put on 20 before Sneddon fell to Aspinall but not until he had passed 4,000 Lancashire League runs during his innings. Sub professional Sachithra Serasinghe made 15 before falling to his opposite number Silva at 56. Hanson departed at 61 trapped in front by Silva for 23. Keiren Grimshaw (26) and Clarke (20) took the score to 108 when Clarke fell was caught by Harris Masood off his brother Adam. Nine runs later Grimshaw was caught by Adam Masood off Yousuf Ali. Taylor hit four fours in making a career best 40, adding 79 with Andrew Greenwood for the 7th wicket before falling to Aspinall with 2 balls of the innings left. Greenwood made an unbeaten 38 with four fours and a six.
