Accrington professional Michael Erlank hit an unbeaten 77 to lead his team to a first win of the season in the Moorhouse's 2020 Blonde Witch Group game at East Lancs by 9 wickets. The South African hit five fours and four sixes, adding 34 with skipper Simon Hanson (9) and an unbroken 102 with Man of the match Keiren Grimshaw (34 not out) to see Accrington home with ten balls to spare. Grimshaw had earlier taken 3-18 to help restrict East Lancs to 135-6. Mark Cattermull (29 not out), professional Andries Gous (29), skipper John Turner (28), Lewis Pearson (21) and Minhaj Bhada (15) all chipped in for East Lancs.
