Accrington's third visit of the season and first in the 20/20 competition to Rawtenstall ended in defeat after a blistering 85 from Chris Cook-Martin took the home side to 192-3. The opener crashed thirteen fours and two sixes from just 56 balls to keep stand-in scorer Vinny Hanson on his toes. He added 92 with Joe McCluskie before falling to Jimmy Hayhurst (1-45). Sam Kershaw hit a late unbeaten 41 to take the game further away from Accrington. Half centuries from Stuart Crabtree, who hit 52 with five fours and three sixes, and Ali Hasham, who hit an unbeaten 61 from 38 balls with eight fours and a six, helped Accrington to a respectable 164-7. Crabtree added 52 for the 1st wicket with professional Ockert Erasmus (24) and 44 for the 2nd wicket with Hasham.
