League leaders Burnley stay in pole position after picking up maximum points with a 6 wicket win at Accrington. Professional Chris Holt took 6-37 to restrict the home side to 135 all out. Matt Wilson top scored with 33, Ali Hasham made 19, Keiren Grimshaw 15, Jimmy Hayhurst an unbeaten 14, professional Ockert Erasmus 13, skipper Graeme Sneddon 12 and Jon Hayhurst 11. Jimmy Hayhurst removed Holt (14) at 40 and Erasmus sent back David Brown (1) 1 run later to claim his 50th league victim of the season. Hayhurst struck again 10 runs later to end Jon Clare's innings for 5 and when Erasmus had Chris Burton stumped by Wilson for 1, Burnley were 54-4. Michael Brown stuck with Vishal Tripathi to hit an unbeaten 31 in an unbroken 5th wicket stand of 82 to see Burnley home with 22 overs to spare. Vishal finished unbeaten on 70 made from 78 balls and containing eight fours and a six.
