Church won Group A after a 33 run win at Accrington in a match that began on time. Four of the final evenings matches were abandoned without play. Church professional Usman Tariq made 59 from 35 balls with eight fours and a six in his sides 182-7. Lloyd Aspin made 37, skipper Craig Fergusson 35, Harvey Aspin 17 and Phill Gilrane 15. Lloyd Aspin then took 4-16 to restrict Accrington to 149-8. Home professional Ockert Erasmus top scored with 64 from 50 balls with five fours and four sixes. Graeme Sneddon made 26, Ramiz Hussain an unbeaten 16 and Ali Hasham 16 as Accrington failed to progress beyond the group stages again.
