An unbeaten 77 by professional Ockert Erasmus took East Lancs to a 9 wicket win over Accrington at Alexandra Meadows. Erasmus hit five fours and four sixes in a 64 ball knock. He put on 115 for the 1st wicket with Minhaj Bhada who hit 35. Professional Ashar Zaidi top scored with 38 in Accrington's 131-6. Zaidi hit three sixes and two fours with Graham Lloyd hitting 21, including one six and a four, in a streaky innings. Danny Chester was East Lancs' most impressive bowler conceding just 10 runs in his 4 over spell. Skipper Jimmy Hayhurst also hit a couple of big sixes in his 16 before falling to David Turner (2-38).
