League champions Accrington got back to winning ways with a massive 169 run win at Holland Cup holders Rawtenstall. Stuart Crabtree hit a career best 96 in Accrington's 248-8. The left hander hit eight fours and five sixes from just 76 balls. Sub professional Will Driver survived an early life to hit 63 with nine fours and a couple of sixes, adding 88 for the 3rd wicket with Crabtree. Graham Lloyd chipped in with 24, Simon Hanson hit 18 and Matt Schofield an unbeaten 17. Rizwan Shafiq took a career best 6-69 for the home side. Jimmy Hayhurst also took a career best 5-30, including the first four wickets to fall as Rawtenstall were dismissed for 79. Paul Carroll chipped in with 4-24 with Andy Clough top scoring with 25 in the Rawtenstall reply.
