A 61 run win over Burnley helped Accrington to move into a 10 point lead at the top of the table after Enfield were beaten at Lowerhouse. Graeme Sneddon top scored with 64 in Accrington's 189 all out. The left hander hit six fours and a six from the 85 balls that he faced in making his second half century of the season. Graham Lloyd made 29 before shouldering arms to Graham Lalor, Roy Silva made 23, Simon Hanson 20 and Stuart Crabtree 18. Bharat Tripathi took 6-87 to make it 33 wickets already this season for the slow left armer. Tight bowling by David Ormerod (4-44), Silva (2-31) and Jimmy Hayhurst (2-42) restricted Burnley to 128 all out. Professional Jeeva Kulatunga top scored with 48 in the Burnley innings with Michael Kelly (17), Daniel Pickup (14) and Vishal Tripathi (13) also making double figures.
