Bux removed Graeme Sneddon (8), Simon Hanson (12), Zahir Afzal (6), Toby Bulcock (8) and Mick Horsfield (1) as Accrington were bowled out for 92. Brian Heywood made 23 against his former club before falling to Francois du Plessis (3-14). Stuart Priestley then hit an unbeaten 48, adding 77 for the 1st wicket with Simon Newbitt (37) to take Todmorden to a second victory at Thorneyholme Road this season in 24 overs. The recalled Damian Clarke was Accrington's best bowler, taking 1-7 in 3 overs.
