On another rain affected day that saw just one match finish, Accrington were 17-2 after Rawtenstall's innings was curtailed at 118-2. Sanjay Bangar was again in fine form hitting an unbeaten 55 from 91 balls with five fours and three sixes, adding 72 for the 2nd wicket with skipper Andy Payne (35). Keith Roscoe picked up Mohsin Ahmed (1) and Mick Horsfield (6) in the 7 overs that were possible before play was finally abandoned.
