East Lancs joined Rishton in second place in Group A after a 13 run win over Accrington at Alexandra Meadows. Professional Shanan Stewart set the tone with 54 from 41 balls in an opening stand of 77 with Paul Kelly, who went on to make an unbeaten 52 in the home sides 152-5. Accrington's stand-in skipper Michael Horsfield took 2-47 from his 4 overs. Accrington were well placed on 110-2 with 6 overs to go, but professional Nishit Shetty ran himself out after making 60 in a 3rd wicket stand of 56 with Matt Wilson. The former skipper followed in Sid Patel's next over. The rest of the Accrington batsmen struggled in fading light, finishing on 139-9. Nas Iqbal took 3-19 for the home side. Scorecard
