Church beat Accrington by 37 runs to record their first win in the competition this season. Professional Ruvin Peiris hit 63 from 50 balls with seven boundaries in Church's 124-5. Levi Wolfenden was unbeaten on 13 at the close. Accrington skipper Mick Horsfield took 2-28. Wickets fell at regular intervals as Sagawat Hussain (3-2), Chris Wade (2-10) and Nasser Hussain (1-2) combined to dismiss Accrington for 87. Professional Nishit Shetty hit 26, Simon Hanson an unbeaten 15, Matt Schofield 14 and Waqas Ahmed 12 at the bottom of the order for Accrington who end the competition pointless in Group A. Scorecard
