falling just 10 runs short of his century after putting on 126 for the
first wicket with Peter Thompson (64) and 60 for the 2nd wicket with
Tim Farragher (31). Tama Canning took 5-96 for the home side. Simpson
then starred with the ball, taking 5-28 in 10 overs as Accrington were
bowled out for 112. David Ormerod chipped in with 5-49 with Adam Wilson
