Accrington left arm opening bowler Steve Juliff dented Todmorden's title hopes, taking 7 - 51 to restrict the visitors to 156 - 8. Damian Clarke picked up the other wicket with Daniel Marsh hitting 75 and Mark Clayton 25 for Todmorden, who now drop to sixth after suffering a 7 wicket defeat. Nathan Astle hit 86 not out and Mas Ahmed 35 not out after Mark Clayton had picked up both openers cheaply. Steve Birtwistle fell to Marsh for 20. Scorecard
