Todmorden moved into 4th place after a 4 wicket win at Accrington. The home side made 123 -7 with Paul Barratt hitting a half century after Tom Farry (3-25) had removed the top three, including professional Shane Warne (11). Barratt hit four boundaries in making 54 but he became one of 3 wickets for left arm spinner Ibra Ali (3-31). Professional Clint Yorke hit six fours and a six in hitting 50 before becoming one of Ian Birtwistle's 2 wickets. Warne picked up 3-55 from a 22 over spell, dismissing Stuart Priestley (5), David Whitehead (0) and Mike Hartley (9) but skipper Brian Heywood saw Todmorden home with an unbeaten 17 with nearly 4 overs remaining.
