Seventh placed Accrington's match at Lanehead was abandoned after Bacup had made 133-7 in a rain interrupted innings. Neil Holmes took 2-23, including the wickets of opener Peter Thompson (15) and professional Steve Wundke (0). David Usher top scored with 47 before being run out. Mark Taylor (17) and Jonathan Heaton (15) also chipped in before rain ended the contest. Scorecard
