Accrington’s match at Lowerhouse was abandoned with the visitors on 118-2 after 18 overs.
Professional David Lloyd top scored with 37, adding 61 with Peter West (22) before the amateur was bowled by Andy McNicholas.
Lloyd was caught by McNicholas off his opposite number Kirti Azad with the score on 19. Billy Rawstron (27 not out) and Mark Aspin (14 not out) were at the crease when rain stopped play. Scorecard
