Former
Accrington batsman Mushtaq Ahmed (106) hit a century against
his old club at King Georges for Kashmir. The man who once tamed
England bowler James Anderson, hit his third century for Kashmir, sharing
in a first wicket stand of 106 with Gul Nawaz (70). Saed Ullah then
came in and smashed an unbeaten 70 as Kashmir piled up 257-2. Ian Johnson
hit 74 in Accrington's reply of 138 with Nadeem Mohammed taking 3-33
for Kashmir.
Clayton
Youth Club claimed their first win of the season by defeating Taverners
by 13 runs at King Georges. The experienced Chris Greenwood (32) and
Darren Robinson (30) helped the Youth Club to 127 with Shabir Fazal
taking 5-35 for Taverners. Mark Swift hit 41 but Ian Spence (4-47) and
Daniel Thompson (3-14) bowled the Youth Club to victory.

Khan repeated their cup success over All Stars this time
by just 2 wickets at Wilsons. Akthar Hussain took 4-17 with Sohail hitting
an unbeaten 33 in All Stars' 118. Mazar Khan then guided Gujar Khan
to victory with an unbeaten 36. Khizer Hayatt took 4-28 for All Stars.
