COVID GUIDANCE UPDATE FOR THE CLUBHOUSE FROM 19th JULY
Monday July 19th 2021

✅ Face masks will “NOT” be mandatory but you can still wear them if you feel more comfortable when moving around the clubhouse/ground.

✅ Hand sanitiser points will still be located around the bar please feel free to carry on using them during your visit.

✅ Track and trace will still be available to use if you wish to check in whilst visiting, both by using the QR code or by signing in using pen and paper, however this is now voluntary not mandatory.

✅ There are now no rules regarding social distancing, therefore we will be returning to a more regular seating plan whilst ensuring that there is still adequate space in between tables to make everyone feel comfortable.

✅ We won’t be expecting everyone to wear masks when not seated but per government guidance, we encourage people to do so in enclosed spaces or when busy. Please respect the decision of those people who still wish to do this and vice versa. We will be encouraging our staff members to wear face masks in enclosed indoor spaces whilst walking around (but only if they wish to do so)

✅ As from the 19th July table/bench service will be ended and you can enter the clubhouse to be served at the bar, following the one way system that will still be in place and then leave the bar area once you’ve been served as to avoid congestion. Payment by card or cash is accepted as always.

✅ We ask that you continue to give other customers space where required. Although restrictions are lifting some people are still a little wary of being around people and just as we respect those who can’t wait to get back to normal and regain their freedoms we should also show respect to those who are wanting to take things a little slower.  If the last 16 months have taught us anything it’s that we should be kind to and respect each other even when opinions differ.

✅ Whilst we don’t encourage people to bring their own alcohol onto the ground we understand that it’s been a tough year for us all, so instead we ask that you be aware of how much you bring on and make it as little as possible and enjoy it by sitting outside our hospitality area.  If possible, it would be appreciated by us if you buy at least one drink from the bar even the smallest amount of custom is appreciated by us.

✅ Finally we’d like to thank all of our members, supporters for their support and understanding when things have been tough and their patience, as well as visitors from other Lancashire League clubs whilst we got used to things being a bit different
