Senior Presentation Night
Lancashire League Secretary Duncan Warburton presented the awards at Accrington's Senior Presentation Night. It was a night to remember for Simon Hanson who celebrated his best season to date by picking up three awards. Hanson was named Players Player of the Year, Supporters Player of the Year and the trophy for Most runs in the 1st XI.
Skipper Graham Lloyd won the Best Batting Average with former skipper Jimmy Hayhurst picking up the trophy for Best Bowling Average. David Ormerod won the trophy for Most Wickets and the Champagne Moment.
In the seconds Bryn Hargreaves won the trophy for Most Runs with Gul Khan winning the trophy for Most Wickets. Bryn was also named Players Player of the Year. Ali Hasham won the Best Batting Average with Mitch Taylor winning the Best Bowling Average.
Liam Smalley won the Champagne Moment.
Sam Tattersall was Players Player of the Year in the thirds and he also picked up the trophy for Most Runs. Liam Smalley won the trophy for Most Wickets. Best Batting Average was won by Matt Donnelly with Siraj Hussain winning Best Bowling Average.
Jake Clarke was named Young Player of the Year and Clubperson of the Year was Colin Berry .
Professional Ashar Zaidi was unable to pick up a Special Award in recognition of breaking the club batting record.
