The club solicitor has been looking to conclude an offer for the sale of the land where the car park is currently situated, but value continues to fall, and there is doubt as to whether this will be beneficial enough to make it viable. Other ideas being considered are the sale of the phone mast and a new proposal by Steve Davies to introduce a Club Bond Scheme for Club Supporters.
