Working Party Meeting

Present: Keith Hindley, Phil Hodson, Rod Kenyon, Marion Ormerod and Nigel Stockley

The main points to arise from the poorly attended meeting were:

Sponsorship: Three balls need sponsoring - Rod to ask the rugby lads.

Donation Letter: Not moving very quickly - more people need contacting/reminding to change over from the GW Lottery.

Family Fun Day Meeting was poorly attended. All the group now need to pick this up as a matter of urgency. Nigel to see John Pilling and Purves. Marion to speak to Julie about raffle prizes.
