Working Party Meeting

Present: Richard Burrows,Jimmy Hayhurst, Keith Hindley, Phil Hodson, Zaed Hussain, Rod Kenyon, Christine Sneddon, Nigel Stockley.

The main points to arise from the meeting were:

Gala Dinner: Ticket sales have been good but there is still plenty of cash to come in yet.

Final arangements have been made.

First batch of Donation Letters have been done and will be given out this week.

Response to the Sponsorship Letter has been nil.

Copies of both letters will be available either on the menu or on the tables.
