Working Party Meeting

Present: Alven Burrows, Richard Burrows, Keith Hindley, Phil Hodson, Jimmy Hayhurst, Scott Hudson, Zaed Hussain, Rod Kenyon, Marion Ormerod, Nigel Stockley.

The main points to arise from the meeting were:

Gala Dinner: Cost of meal has been reduced.

Main speaker still tbc.

Confirmation and tickets a must for AGM on Monday January 26th.

Accrington Stanley have agreed in principle to a match. Nigel to try and confirm date.

Fun Day arranged for Monday August 30th or Saturday September 4th depending on Inter League progress.

Contacts need to made made with a view to selling tickets/sponsorship at the dinner.

Alven to see Mick Hindle.

Thwaites need contacting.

Rod to see rugby lads.

Jimmy to get price for group for Pre season do.

Zaed looking at grant applications and sponsorship letter.

Possibility of Mela link.
