The main points to arise from the meeting were:

Gala Dinner has been booked at King Street Club for Friday 19th March.

Mixed Dinner

Comedian is Herbie James.

Meal has been arranged - Rod to see caterer about cost and making it 3 course instead of 5.

Ian Wilson to sort printing of tickets and posters.

Wine @ £9 a bottle

150 people @ £20 per head

Junior Section has arranged a Race Night for Thursday 28th February at the club. £30 to sponsor a race. Race cards are £1 each
