Working Party Meeting

Thursday April 29th 2004
Present: Richard Burrows, Phil Hodson, Jimmy Hayhurst, Zaed Hussain, Rod Kenyon, Marion Ormerod and Nigel Stockley

The main points to arise from the meeting were:

Chairman's Night on Saturday May 8th will be adults only.

Sponsorship is moving well with 11 out of 14 Match Balls allocated to date, two matches with another two to be confirmed.

Donations - a figure will be obtained when Kim has access to the account.

Family Fun Day - a junior six a side competition will be the main focal point. Possibly a disco to round things off but no bouncy castle due to insurance costs. Raffle prizes need sorting.

A Fmaily Fun day meeting will be held on Tuesday May 18th.
