Working Party Meeting

Present: Adam Barnes, Alven Burrows, Richard Burrows, Mark Croasdale, Phil Hodson, Scott Hudson, Zaed Hussain, Marion Ormerod and Nigel Stockley

The main points to arise from the first meeting were:

Sportsmans Dinner to be arranged ASAP

Richard Burrows to draw up a letter for Committee approval regarding the proposal to ask members for monthly contributions.

Family Fun Day to be held again, but not necessarily on August Bank Holiday Monday

Mark Croasdale to take on the role of Events Co-ordinator (excludes major events as above)

Zaed Hussain to look at grant applications

Sub group to look at Sponsorship with Rod Kenyon

Cricket meeting to be held to look at the playing side

Scott suggested playing Accrington Stanley at cricket
