An unbroken 6th wicket stand of 28 between Emile Haratbar (21 not out) and Nathaniel Young (13 not out) took Accrington to a 5 wicket win at Rawtenstall. Solid knocks from professional Jurie Snyman (33), Ali Hasham (27) and Graeme Sneddon (19) had helped Accrington to 108-5 but when Snyman was brilliantly caught at long on by a diving Tom Egan in rapidly fading light off skipper Cameron Holder (3-25), it looked like a lost cause with Accrington chasing a revised 136 from 20 overs. Openers Matt Kershaw (40) and Max Entwistle (29 on his Lancashire League debut) put on 69 for Rawtenstall who had been 9-0 when rain stopped play after 5 overs. Professional Anuk Fernando hit 29 on his final home appearance as Rawtenstall made 117-5 from 20 overs.
