Members Update
Monday May 17th 2021

In line with government guidance at Step 3 (from 17th May) spectators are now allowed onto the ground to watch cricket, as such normal match day admission fees apply to non members.

Everyone attending Accrington CC is required to comply with the requirements for venue check-in to ensure we are compliant or we may face a £1000 fine, this can be done by using the NHS Track and Trace App or for the technologically challenged amongst us there is a pad and pen always available.

Bar Service:
The bar will be open on match days only from 12.30 - 9pm (5pm - 10pm on T20 nights/5-8pm for All Stars)

As our venue serves alcohol table service will still be required.

Customers must order, be served and eat or drink whilst seated both inside the clubhouse and externally.

Orders can be made by telling a member of staff or asking about our new online bar

Externally:
We will continue to provide bar service to the benches and tables in our designated hospitality area.

Access to the toilets in the clubhouse will require you to wear a mask or face covering as well as sanitising on the way in and out.

The consumption of personal alcohol is not permitted in our external hospitality area or inside the clubhouse, anyone seen doing so may be asked to leave.

Internally:
Tables have been positioned to observe the social distancing guidelines as well as a new risk assessment undertaken, so please do not move any of them.

Anyone seen doing so may be asked to leave.

When not seated you are required to wear a mask.

Access into and out of the clubhouse is via a one way system, please observe all signage.

Due to social distancing guidelines the clubhouse will be open on a reduced capacity, once that capacity is reached unfortunately no-one else will be allowed in, unless accessing the toilet so please still bring your umbrellas/ponchos/sleeping bags etc

Please remember the rule of 6 when inside.

Tearoom:
Tearoom will be open and serving food and non-alcoholic drinks on a takeaway basis only, however all food and drink must be consumed whilst seated.

We ask that you are patient with our staff as it may get busy at certain times, they will be doing their best to serve you as efficiently as possible.

Finally......the rules and guidance are as frustrating for us as it will be for any of you, but as a club we must follow them otherwise we cannot open.

Please keep that in mind and treat any staff member, committee member or volunteer with the respect that you would want to be treated with
